 After a long wait, the West African Examination Council (WAEC) has released the results of 2024 candidates on the 12th of August, 2024. It was announced to the general public on that day via their official twitter account on X. As it is in the photo above, WAEC said, "The West African Examinations Council is pleased to inform candidates who sat WASSCE for school candidates, 2024 that the result has officially been released today, Monday, August 12, 2024." MAJOR THINGS TO CONSIDER AS THE POST UTME REGISTRATION IS ONGOING UNTIL 31ST • THE REGISTRATION STARTED ON 1ST AND ENDS ON 31ST MEANING THAT THERE WAS ONLY 30 DAYS GIVEN FOR THE POST UTME REGISTRATION AND ONLY 26 IS LEFT.  • CHANGE OF COURSE OR CHANGE OF INSTITUTION WILL END ON THE 23RD. ANY OTHER CHANGES AFTER THEN WILL BE INVALID. WHICH MEANS THAT IF YOU WAIT UNTIL IT'S 8 DAYS LEFT TILL THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE, THEN ANY CHANGES MADE WILL BE INVALID. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE REGISTRATION IF YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE AND DO THE CHANGE ON TIME OR LEAVE IT.  Recently, candidates have faced a major challenge while trying to obtain their JAMB CAPS ACCOUNT. The reason for seeking this JAMB CAPS ACCOUNT varies from UTME Admission process to JAMB Regularization and much more involving NYSC and related stuff. This quest to obtain a JAMB CAPS ACCOUNT has led to many questions as the JAMB CAPS PORTAL no more permits candidates to create accounts on their own using their details as it has been during the past years. During those years, candidates could create accounts without their JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER, meaning that just anyone could create an account then. But that has changed.
